Project Consultancy

ARDEA acts as the employer’s technical adviser on energy investments, providing engineering, technical assessment and coordination support at different project stages. Engineering documents, technical specifications, equipment selections and contractor solutions are reviewed against project objectives, technical requirements and implementation conditions.

Our approach goes beyond document review and site supervision. We manage technical interfaces among investors, engineering teams, contractors, equipment manufacturers, authorities and other stakeholders, develop solutions to technical issues and monitor alignment with project objectives.

Environmental and social requirements are treated as technical components of development and implementation and, where required, impact assessments, management measures and related obligations are incorporated into the consultancy scope.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. The legal basis is "your explicit consent" and "being directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract" as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • Request notification of correction, deletion, and destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
  • Object to a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
