Feasibility

ARDEA jointly evaluates the energy resource and generation potential, site conditions, grid infrastructure, technology alternatives, investment and operating requirements and project risks to establish project feasibility and compare suitable alternatives.

Site and technology selection are central to the process. Potential sites are assessed for resource, topography, ground and infrastructure conditions, access, grid connection and environmental constraints, while technology and equipment alternatives are compared for performance, capacity, efficiency, safety, operating needs and investment objectives.

The assessment may cover wind turbines, solar equipment, battery technologies, control software and system solutions. Environmental and social impacts on land use, the natural and social environment, settlements and stakeholders are also considered at an early stage.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. The legal basis is "your explicit consent" and "being directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract" as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • Request notification of correction, deletion, and destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
  • Object to a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
