Thermal Power Plants
Thermal power plants are among the most comprehensive energy infrastructure facilities due to their high capacity, continuous generation capability and multidisciplinary engineering requirements. ARDEA’s thermal power plant experience extends from site works in natural gas power plants to engineering and design, system and equipment coordination, testing and commissioning.
ARDEA has carried out engineering, site, design, project management and commissioning works for six large-scale natural gas power plant projects in Türkiye, Iraq and Turkmenistan, with a total installed capacity of 3,927+ MW. This strong thermal power plant experience is one of the largest components of our energy portfolio, which exceeds 5.9 GW in total project capacity. Through projects across different geographies, capacities and technical requirements, we evaluate main and auxiliary plant systems, site and infrastructure conditions, engineering requirements and implementation criteria in line with project objectives.
In these projects, we manage the technical coordination of large-scale plant systems, multidisciplinary engineering and the implementation processes leading up to safe commercial operation through an integrated approach.
