ARDEA applies a life-cycle engineering approach to energy investments of different scales and technologies. We provide technical consultancy and project management from site and technology selection, feasibility and preliminary engineering through design, procurement, construction, site supervision, testing, commissioning and acceptance.

Each project is evaluated by jointly considering generation targets, site conditions, grid infrastructure, technology and equipment options, investment requirements, environmental and social impacts and operating needs. We also develop control, automation and plant-control software and provide system-integration services for generation and storage facilities.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. The legal basis is "your explicit consent" and "being directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract" as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • Request notification of correction, deletion, and destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
  • Object to a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
