Project Management
ARDEA manages the different stages of energy projects, from engineering and procurement to construction, installation, testing and commissioning, under a single project management approach. In line with the project scope and objectives, work programs are prepared and engineering, permitting and approval, equipment procurement, site implementation and commissioning activities are coordinated to progress in alignment with one another.
Throughout the project, planned and actual progress is monitored, and potential technical, schedule, cost and quality risks are assessed to support timely action. Coordination between engineering teams, contractors, equipment manufacturers, investors, owners and relevant authorities is managed to ensure uninterrupted project decisions and technical information flow.
The integration of different subsystems is also a key component of project management in power generation and energy storage facilities. In addition to main equipment, grid connection, control and automation systems, plant control software and other auxiliary systems are coordinated within the overall project during engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.
